Alex Gottschall | Director
Director, Alex Gottschall started her career as a performer working on various shows such as Starlight Express and Oklahoma! After gaining experience working at one of London’s top Artist Management Agencies, she created Link Artists. Heading into its 11th year, Link Artists is proud to represent clients working on many varied projects in theatre, film and television both Nationally and Internationally.
Reinforcing the ideology that everyone is individual, Alex prides herself on providing bespoke representation for each client’s strengths, personality and career goals.
Link Artists has a hugely successful list of long standing professional clients who continue to make their mark within the industry. She excels at creating connections and initial job opportunities, through the long established relationships built with top Casting Directors and Industry Professionals.
Paul Isles | Senior Agent
Paul Isaiah Isles was a West End performer and dancer for over 20 years, and is now a movement director and agent.
He featured in hit musicals such as: The Lion King (original cast), Saturday Night Fever, Oh What a Night, Porgy and Bess, Fame, The Full Monty. He also appeared in Disney films Cinderella, the new feature film Snow White out in 2025 and Wicked the movie.
Paul’s choreography credits are Romeo and Juliet at The Shakespeare Globe, Love’s Labour’s Lost for the Oxford Shakespeare Company, Gin Craze at The Royal and Derngate, and was assistant choreographer on Orpheus in the Underworld for Opera Della Luna, he is currently associate choreographer for the hit musical Operation Mincemeat at the Fortune theatre.
Paul started his agent career 8yrs ago as an assistant at a well known agency then decided to open his own agency Isles Management a year later. Isles Management was a boutique agency catering for performers from all ethnic backgrounds. He is now thrilled to be working at Link Artists looking after his own clients alongside Alex, combining their strengths to make one powerful agency.
